I am an avid computer junkie! I grew up in Anacortes, WA about mid way between Seattle, WA and Vancouver, B.C.
Technology was all around me and I got hooked early.
I've been a software developer and systems administrator since 1994.
I enjoy working with PHP on Linux and Cold Fusion (CF) on Windows.
I typically build applications to work with MySQL.
My passion is small business development. I advocate e-commerce as a way for growth beyond a companies traditional capabilities.

I've had so many problems with New York State. I had a Nevada corporation with Foreign Authority to operate in New York State.
I wanted to dissolve the Nevada corporation and form a New York State corporation. This has been a huge headache. New York recorded my Nevada corp as being from WY not NV. New York insists I have to get permission from WY before I can surrender the New York authority of my NV corp. I tried to humor them and asked WY for permission and they simply say it's a problem between NV and NY.
I filed all the paperwork and paid all the fees/taxes and just hope it's resolved after 2 long years.
Nevada on the other hand was easy. I asked them to dissolve the corporation and they sent me a letter stating it was completed.
New York could learn a thing or 2 from Nevada.
